Can round 3 be either 2pm GMT or 4pm GMT?
Just a request.
I would be okay with 2pm.
3pm would be even better (usualy I stand up at 2pm at weekends x/)
4pm might become a problem for me, because I will be away from 5pm on.
It almost looks like it was the last round only. But I made sure to check what is was before the game was over to make sure that wasn't true.
And Tigro: I don't have the records for each hand. Sorry
omg i got second place on the first round and first place on the second round then BAM my ds froze. nice luck we had
Things like this make me wish there was a Ethernet port on the DS. :\
So can the last round be played sometime from 2pm GMT to 4pm GMT then?
I think it'll be 2pm GMT. I'll wait to hear what the others have to say before making it final .
I had to go yesterday sorry. My stupid parents where making me leave the house and couldn't even wait 5min for me to be done because we needed to go to someones house.
2pm is fine by me (though 3 would be even better ).
The situation changed: Doesnt matter when. I will be @home for the whole day.
Could you maybe update the front page with the ppl taking part in the final+wifi codes ?
+ Could this time everyone add everyone, so we could have some chat :| ?
// How many rounds will we play ? 20 ? I dont want to loose because I did a misstake in just 1~2 rounds
I suppose it will be 1 game, as each game is 3 rounds (if I'm not wrong) so it should take some time (20 minuets +/-).
o_0 In texas hold'em 5 rounds is minimum , 30 is maximum. In global wifi 20 rounds are played. With 7 CPUs 5 rounds take around 10 minutes , so I think we should play at least 10 rounds
Really? well, I played it a long time ago and I remember playing only 3 rounds :|
Anyway, I think I should practice a bit before the competition starts.
Final round results:
Congrats to Escape! Thanks for playing guys. Next time I host a tournament, it'll be on a much grander scale with prizes worth killing opponents over (prizes at least worth $300). Can't say for sure when I'll be doing that one though. Maybe summer of '11. Although by then I'll be in the military with a job. So I'll only be able to fund/organize the structure. There would have to be help from the GBAtemp community. So many things to think about...
What an blamage, but luck wanst on my side :|
I would have won NO round if I kept seeing from the beginning on , first rounds I passed out because of crap cards, then started to be more risky hoping for a flop matching my [horrible] cards and in the end just kept bidding hoping for uberdimensional luck x/
Thanks, and sorry for the late replay (had some problems with GBATemp).
Wow... $300... I'm so going to enter that competition
Congrats to Escape for winning my CHG Tournament.
