Hacking Gateway save problems

For a few days i delete some games from my Gateway . Today i put 3 back and all games can't load their save. Tomadachi Life do not found their save, Animal Crossing say it's corrupt and Pokemon Oras shows a Error Message. How i solve the Problem?

Sysnand: 4.5 downgraded with Gateway
Emunand: 9.5

I think Animal Crossing, Tomodachi and Pokemon games hold their saves on ROMs so you won't get the save data back, lost mine too

But the Games say the save data is corrupt, so they found some but they can't use them
