Hacking Formatting for Selling.

Hello, I want sell my 3.60 Vita, however, my information is still on here, so I have a few questions.

1. Will I be able to just format it without updating the system through the settings?
2. Is it safe to do that?
3. Will formatting it remove my PSN account from the system? Thanks.

Oh, and do I need to include a microsd card? I think I deleted the enso stuff, but it still coldboots into enso.

Keep it offline & it should be safe.
