They're both google translations thought.

This is from andriasang:

  • General system stability update
  • Update to SpotPass: expansion of data retrieval for things like the notice list
  • Bug fix for Network functionality: the system had previously been unable to receive data from some hot spots and Nintendo Zones.
  • Addition of Music Live 3D Video: Adds Super Mario Bros. theme featuring Koji Kondo on piano.

The 3d video was interesting, the band did a good job playing the theme song ^^ It was the one from Nintendo World - wish it was the Zelda theme instead though!

This update will definitely block flashcarts. Probably this update was made so early to block those other DS flashcarts (like R4DSN) working on the 3DS as well.

This is only my speculation

Leeday100196 That was the most pointless post Ive ever seen, I posted that obvs at the same time if you'd care to look at the time, yes I will remove the post, but it wasnt some kind of race to see who could translate it first!, and seeing as Ive removed my post it makes your post even more pointless, instead of just flaming people for trying to help, in the future unless its worthwhile I'd suggest you keep your pointless comments to yourself.

They update wii whenever they see fit!!! I can't vouch for DS updates, but wii has had several years with more than one update!! 2007 had 4 updates, 2008 had 3 updates, and 2009 had 4 updates as well....strangely, though, the biggest year for homebrew so far (2010) only had one update

come with the latest firm wares and i don't wanna risk it .
