Since I can't buy skills or heart seals at other peoples' castles can I use FFEFTwiddler to hack heart seals and some skills into my inventory (i have tens of thousands of gold due to DLC and challenges)? It's not cheating since Citra doesn't allow you to go to other players' castles.
