the analogue part is cheap on ebay, but i don't know if it will fix it!
this is what happens:
- turning on the console, the cursor goes rapidly down for 5-10s
- after stopping, the circle pad can only go left and right, not up and down
i removed the part entirely, and instead of just going down the cursor goes diagonally! i originally thought that if it stopped moving all together, perhaps a simple part change would fix it, but now i'm thinking it isn't so simple...
if anyone has any advice or experience, i would appreciate the input
