F-zero GX at 144 fps

would it be possible to unlock the framerate so it runs at 144 fps in dolphin? i barely could find info (most likely because fps unlock patches tend to be for 30 fps games), i only found a 2012 post in the dolphin forums but OP could only get 90 fps in practice mode with 5 ai machines
