Does the EZFlash 4 Lite Micro SD Work with playing online and with the Wifi Nintendo USB adapter? If not then how can I get it to work? Or what should I change to?

The Flash card shouldn't have anything to do with whether wifi works or not. That being said, yes you can play Mario Kart DS online fine using EZFlash 4 Lite Micro SD.

The general rules:
NDS Rom to Flashed DS: Works
NDS Rom to Unflashed DS with rom/original game: Works
NDS Rom to Unflashed DS without rom/original game: Doesn't work

There are a few exceptions.

I have an EZ4L with Maroi Kart DS, 1 of my friend (A) has the orignal ROM, 1 of my other friend (B) doesn't have the game. Whenever A shares, all 3 of us can play together (B downads from A). But whenever I share, A can join my game because he has the orignal ROM; B, on the other hand, joins the game but his DS stucks at the Nintendo Logo Screen and he's dropped from the game.
