Yeah this ain't Sony, wise up dumb dumb I know that

I know you guys know Sony games as much as anything Nintendo.

So fellow tempers, let's here it, your suggestions for multi player PS3 titles.

Mario Kart by the way is Multi player. I'm looking for games not limited to just two people.

We are talking mom dad and a 15 year old son.

Must be on sale or simple to find on the used shelf, I am not interested in eBay, Craigslist, or any other similar option.

I have an unmodified 1 year old PS3 slim 250 gig model. I don't need help with methods of getting around buying the game.

I am not sure about pricing since I live in Australia, but have you considered Sega Allstars Racing or Blur? Both are brilliant game to play with others around you.
