I don't know what causes it but that error prevents me to use nintendo online services

Disable developer mode in Luma3DS by holding SELECT before powering your 3DS on, and when the config screen appears, you can release the SELECT button, then disable developer UNITINFO, or set dev features to ErrDisp or to None, depending on your Luma3DS version.
