Uhhhh, I don't understand which timezone that refers to. Hungary, maybe?

I like being able to dual-wield in this game, in Lord of Arcana I went for SwordnShield for speed, however, the damage was unsatisfactory for a lone player (Slightly noticeable early game, hard to ignore late game) and killing things, let alone destroying body parts was difficult.

Plus being able to dodge/roll made using the shield redundant. That's why I tried out the Mace on a whim and loved it.

They fixed Light Sword in Apocalypse. They bumped up the damage and they added a ranged projectile Battle Art, which I use alot especially when the boss cast anti-magic barrier. Beaten the game with Light Sword only
Also, I dont know if you know this but you can parry enemies with weapons that can equip a shield. Successfully parrying an enemy will completely stagger them in place for free hitting

Ranged Projectile Battle Art? Nice! The closest thing I can think of in Lord of Arcana was to use Force Saber Battle Art to increase range for SnS. Charging it was tiresome and the duration was pitiful.

Yes I do but I mostly ignore the fact such a thing exists, other than using it to kill Siegfried I never really used it, not my style.

I've not played Lord of Apocalypse yet but I'm definitely playing the next release, thank you for your hard work.

Ya, its the 4th Battle Art you get (its called Air Raid), Force Saber is the 5th Battle Art now. At max level, you can fire three consecutive projectiles. Using it at close range has extra hits, which is interesting

You should try learning it, parry makes lots of enemies easier to deal with

I'll think about it over a prolonged amount of time and effort, changing my play style does not come easy to me.

Anyway, any tips or information I should know about Apocalypse? I know little, you know, besides dual-wielding. I didn't wish to spoil myself, like how every time an Etrian Odyssey game is about to come out using the data-mined information to build a party.

I've download v1. 5 from romance, but it seems stuck in very first screen with chained skull. It seems that I stuck on loading screen.

Just tried it out and I'm intrigued by the twin blade as it can be used to guard. I question why there is a need for an old ass boomer dragon to be speaking during the tutorial but I digress. Also, what's up with the blood type, does that do anything?

To be more specific: so far only Battle Art names are affected (6 weapon type * 5 skills = 30).

They are limited ingame to a 14char max, so most of the battle art names will be unchanged.

On the other hand around 300 lines can be re-added to the patch: orbs and their descriptions.

That vaguely reminds me of another translation with a character limit, apparently going over the limit caused the file to become invalid in return crashing the game. If I recall correctly there is a way to make the character limit higher but you need to rewrite the entire coding or something and it took them a year or two to do that.
