If you're using Multi-Mod Manager hit left on the D-pad and pick IOS 236 (or 249/250 if you have them installed) and see if that works. -2011 means it didn't have permission to write to the NAND.
I wonder what are the pros of using modmii rather than Pimp my Wii?
Pimp my Wii is automatic and user-friendly, so I don't see why ModMii is even still a thing now.

Pimp My Wii seems to have a long trail of bricks behind it and I have no idea when the last time it got updated was. It's also kinda hard to brick a console with ModMii when it's running on a PC.
Well, someone said if pimpmywii bricks a console, its user error and the user is to be blamed.
But I have seen a few reports even in 2016 that pimpmywii bricks/messed up users' consoles.
All in all, its not noob proof and gbatemp is full of noobs.

I tried to simplify the process by making SetMiiUp, i dont know what more user friendly can that be.

It worked when I chose IOS 250 instead of 249.
Now to see why the Emulators Channels always return me back to Wii channel.
