According to updated news regarding this it was apparently a "system error" but it's quite easy to imagine EA pulling this shit as they're the kind of company who'd come up with the sort of stuff. I'm surprised that it wasn't also on PlayStation.​

    Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it.
