Buy an r4ids.cn (if you also want an excellent DS flashcard) or at least a model that's guaranteed to be flashable instead of being a cheapskate?

$20 with free shipping for the R4i card is cheap and it's guaranteed to work.
If you really want a DSTT make sure whatever site you use says it's compatible with NTRBootHax, that way you can contest it and have a case to get your money back if it doesn't work.
The DSTT used several different chipsets and the only way to know if this is one of the compatible chipset is to run it through the DSTT_FakeRecovery.
Like what has already been suggested before, you might just want to go with the R4i Gold. It's guaranteed to be NTRBoot compatible.
