Hacking Downgraded browser on 10.5 emunand, now getting update nag

So recently I decided to downgrade my 3DS browser on emunand 10.5 so I could use ARCode since NTR CFW 3.2 won't let me use the Hyrule Warriors cheat plugins and 3.3 won't let me switch games while running it. Now every morning since then, I've woken up to a notification asking for a system update despite being on 10.5. Is it because of the downgraded browser? How can I get rid of it?

Not sure if this'd work...
Update the browser again. Enable the Tubehax DNS. Downgrade the browser again. The nag shouldn't come back, so long as you're using the DNS. (I think)

Yes, the nag is because you downgraded your browser. Updating through system settings will just download the updated browser. Do what Hoppy suggested and block system update prompts with Tubehax DNS.
