Hacking Downgrade 11.3 to 11.2/11.0 with A9LH

hi everyone so, the question is how to downgrade a A9LHed system to 11.2 without a nand backup because i want to throw away my GW card because kills A9LH on 11.3 but i need to backup my saves first

No, only sysnand

You can use a gateway emunand, that way you can use a 11.3 sysnad with a 11.2 gateway emunand (its the safest option also)

To answer the original question, you can do the following:
1) 9.2 ctr transfer
2) Update to 11.2 by downloading CIA pack and using sysUpdater from HBL.
