How?? On my made notes there is a send option on top of the letter but not doodlebomb letter

Create a new note, then run the doodlebomb installer again, you need to be the owner of the newest note

Got it but it says something failed. I have no idea what I did wrong. It did this last night too...
Wait I did it again using the 11.4 otherapp.bin someone sent me and it said "The Homebrew ropbin is now ready" then it brings me back to my main 3DS menu screen.

I didn't even have to click the bomb icon, just the letter. Was all that suppose to happen...?
Keep trying. Try redownloading the boot.3dsx or make sue you have the ropbin for your region. And if your ds is a new 3ds or an old make sure you select your system type too

Already tried that and I couldn't do it because for OLD 3DS it only goes up to 11.3 which mine isn't at.
But someone sent be a otherapp.bin for OLD 11.4
