Hardware Does the system automatically updates to the lastest firmwire when connected online?

Like how wii u does? Im getting a 3.60 vita and i wanna install cfw so that short time its online does it update if left online?

disable downloading system updates in system settings. then, use the dns for that firmware to spoof the system into thinking you're on the latest. lastly, spoof the actual system in henkaku settings. those three things should prevent accidental downloads/installs.
