Hacking Does R4i Platinum v1.4.1 work on 3DS?

Hey guys! So, I ordered an R4i Gold, but for some reason, they delivered Platinum :/ I am assuming Platinum is worse than Gold, but I'd like to know: does it work on 3DS? Because that's what I ordered it for: to play DS games in my 3DS.

I need an answer, because I might need to return it if it doesn't work. Thanks in advance!

I don't know if it works, but the very fact they sent you a different product that the one you ordered is reason enough to return it.

If you paid with Paypal you should fill a litigation.

Yeah, I know :/ But I really need an answer. I was planning on using R4i Wood if I got Gold, but now it's different and I'm really nervous.

They sent you the wrong product, ask for them to send you the right one.

You shouldn't have to suffer because of their inability to send you the right thing.

Yeah, I'm already sending it back. I guess it really doesn't work.

By the way, I know this is kinda off-topic, but does they only sell the normal R4i Gold, they don't sell the 3DS one, but say that it works on the 3DS as well. Does the Wood R4i Gold really work on the normal R4i Gold?

All the current carts that work on the 3DS are the same sort of models that worked on the DSi, but with an update applied, so many shops don't bother changing their images for just a packaging change when it's the same product.

I have an R4i Platinum. It does not work on my 3DS. Also, the newest version of Wood R4 doesn't work on it. So, yeah. Good choice sending it back.
