I have an M3 Lite. When I play with it, I don't let it sit flush with the DS Lite. I let about 5mm of the card hang out and just play my games that way.
My reasoning is simple: when I had a G6 Lite, I let it sit flush with the DS Lite. When I first got it, it was a tight fit. After gradual use, it became looser and looser to the point where games would start to freeze. The PCB was probably misaligned. By the time I had the chance to realize that, the internal memory somehow died, probably because of the misaligned PCB somehow got fried when it was on the USB Burner.
In an attempt to avoid any future problems with my M3, I'm letting it hang out about 5mm. If it can work fine when it hangs out, why would I need to push it in all the way if the PCB works fine at such a distance? Keep in mind, this is for the future of the PCB, in addition to the casing.
I just wanted to know if anybody else does this.
