North America and Europe have been confirmed to be getting the anniversary remake of Disgaea 1, now titled Disgaea 1: Complete. The game will be redone with a new UI and HD assets, combining both the original PlayStation 2 release's content along with the PSP version. It'll be releasing this fall for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, and will cost $49.99. A limited collector's edition was also revealed, retailing for $99.99, which will net players an art book, a soundtrack, an enamel pin set, a mouse pad starring the character Etna, a Prinny cube, a coaster, a poster, a certificate of authenticity, and a collector's box for it all to reside in.

Maybe to you but there is plenty that others like Shining force Fire Emblem and project X zone, that others do like. Some are okay but most don't feel fun. Probably why this genre wasn't popular in America in early years of gaming.
