Bootstrap is only for the SD card.

You missed this step.

But thats the problem, I did exactly that. I did reinstall it again, and now it works, instead of just throwing me into the TTMenu. Guess it was just a weird bug.

Nope, not possible.

Yes, although if you have Wireless on, the TWLoader GUI will download and install them, if they're already not installed.

My flashcard [R4iSDHC Gold] used to work with TWLoader, and now it refuses to boot up games from it from TWLoader. I put the required files on the SD card and the flashcard's microSD card, but nothing boots, and it stays on a blank screen.

Nvm, fixed it myself, I realized I had an outdated version of the TWLoader Side CIAs.

Updating TWLoader could be fixed by using the TDB API since TitleDB has been updated to cache all CIAs instead of just those in archives. Hopefully another workaround is being looked at for nds-bootstrap updates especially since for unofficial updates it is now necessary to compile them yourself which is well beyond most people (and a royal pain for everyone else).

Example: I dont know how to set gameyob to gbc or sgb colors for regular gb games. Also, quit to launcher freezes

For GBARunner2 you need a folder called gba at the root of your sd with your roms and the gba bios named bios.bin inside

As for the gameboy games they go in SD:/roms/gb

I'll need the flashcard itself to do fixes for it.
Until then, you can use SRLoader, which has a similar GUI to TWLoader, and can be run right on a flashcard.

@Robz8, can you explain how to get the values for the custom caching settings?
I understood that each game can have either blacklists or whitelists, and each list specifies an area of the rom but I don't know how to figure out the proper values for "ROM_LOCATION" and "GAME_CACHE_ADRESS_START"

Those are the addresses in RAM. 0C000000 is the start of RAM, and 0DFFFFFF is the end of the 32MB of RAM.
