I got this far into your post and realized you are false.....but I will give you the benefit of the doubt. You may have been just quoting Bandai's excuse for:
(1) not localizing "good" games
(2) localizing "crappy" games
(a) Making half-assed localizations
They own the tales series? (i didn't know since i only own tales of the world 1 and 2 and skip through the company logo's)btw guys, this is totally off topic, aside of digimon which i love every game even played and enjoyed digimon world championship lol but do you know if any team is translating any tales games, i'm a huge tales fan!

Tales of Innocence (Nds) / Tales of Phantasia (Psx) = http://a0t.co/
Tales of Hearts (Nds) / All Tales Of from Gba = http://www.blade2187.com/
Tales of Phantasia (Psx) / Tales of Destiny : Director's Cut (Ps2) / Tales of Destiny 2 (Ps2) = http://www.tales-cless.org/
Tales of Rebirth (PSP / Ps2) = http://www.talesofrebirth.altervista.org/ (And that is me btw)
Tales of Vesperia (Ps3) = http://talesofvesperia.net/
Everything else is just "menu" patch not really helpful. Besides, some people on those links are also going for more Tales Of games to translate (like me, cause I'm a huge Tales Of fans)
Gotcha!!! Super Robot Wars is the one with those mini Gundam robots, correct??? SD Gundam G Generation had some good games....I wasn't talking about Digimon games or anything like that, I specifically meant tittles like the SRW games, the latest tittle which is still going to be released, SRW UX has 16 different franchises alone: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Robot_Wars_UX
It's a wiki link, but you can easily find more credible sources anywhere on the net regarding that.
Among those 16 series, there's at least 6 different companies that own those tittles, some are TV studios, others are magazines and some are also game developers, if one of those games was to be localised over here, they'd need to pay the rights to each of those companies.
Here's an article from Kotaku talking about the situation regarding these series: http://www.kotaku.com.au/2012/04/why-you-wont-see-a-super-robot-wars-game-outside-of-japan/
Also, Banpresto belongs to Bandai, so it's they're the ones who control that stuff.
What are the configurations you use to make it start. I can't even load it since I got the Emulator not responding and crush. That was to be expected. StorMyu is quite the Tales Expert
THIS IS JUST A TEST:
Standard, haven't changed a thingWhat are the configurations you use to make it start. I can't even load it since I got the Emulator not responding and crush.
I'm using the one in the downloads page.Standard, haven't changed a thing
You probably haven't got the latest built though.
Ahaa, thanks. We're not using the official release.
Compile it yourself
Problem: java is horribly unreliable
I have no ideaWhose bright idea was it to code the emulator in java?

nice, thx for those links, who isn't a tales fan? lol such an amusing game with sooo much stuff to do, what i wanted is someone to make a full english translation of tales of grace for wii, since i can't own a ps3 but i can play wii on dolphin in my computer but guess that won't happen, since the game is localizated on ps3, noone will bother to make a patch for wii.Tales of Innocence (Nds) / Tales of Phantasia (Psx) = http://a0t.co/

Desecrating three games of the Legend of Heroes series is one that I definitely remember (granted, I may have exaggerated a little but still).(a) Making half-assed localizations
