I was just curious if the feature could be enable for the site. I noticed some websites I been visiting have been using this feature, like discord. I get notifications from the web browser to my windows desktop sidebar. So kinda like the image for example.

Is it possible to get this for Notifications here, PM and Alerts? :)

That is a chrome extension, and I am aware of it, and it not working properly. The person I spoke to said he will work on it when he gets time. I dunno how long it will be but I was asking for a general solution. Like a message and what the notification is about.
