Man, I certainly had issues getting this to run. I assume it's because I use Windows 7 Gamers Edition.
The problem I was having was that the game was trying to access game code written in chinese. The problem was, I don't have the Chinese language packs and I can't install them either. I had to set up a VM to run it on Windows XP which is cool with me.
Anyways after playing for about 10-20 minutes the game isn't too bad, the combat seemed easy to me (though like I said, only played 10-20 minutes), the music was a little too cutesy so I suppose I'll mute that and play other stuff, the skill sets are pretty good. Haven't done much on it, just a few quests and that's about it. But yeah, seems fun and I'll probably casually play it as time goes on, will probably play it whenever I'm bored.
