Homebrew COMPILE VERSION SNES9X GX 4.2.8 WITH SNAPSHOTS

Hello,

Is there anybody they can compile a Snes9x GX version 4.28 with Disable update s and large zip format support? and snapshot ( cover desgin)
it is important for me that it the version 4.28 is because under setting when you have start it the rom
you can set up to hq4x2 , hq4x2 soft and hq2x4 bold setting without glithering rary sound noises
