Hacking Cheats

I suck at video games. When i get stuck or bored i resort to cheats and i mainly play games on my 3ds, so i use checkpoint to get cheats. The only problem is that some of the games i play dont have cheats. How can i make cheats for checkpoint or any other way to make cheats for 3ds games.

It used to be better with Gateway. NTR Plugins, cant create or Edit them, last I read, Closed Source...... . There is a Plugin that allows to Search for Cheats and Create Cheats, but I can not get it to work.
