Actually i made such a Cheat but did not include it because i'm not certain if it always works...
You have the Hyper Strike Effect, but apparently you can't always use it...
Basically the Cheat gives you the Strike Orb, you will have to test the functionality...
If the Cheat doesn't work i would have to search the Flags for all 10 Players, in my first Tests it only worked with Bowser & Toad...

I would need a cheat or a save editor to unlock me I went into a house in the city of lateria that of the desert and the screen went black the worst its backup when you return the console seems to work and reload its backup again and again black screen so still seems to work maybe a teleportation cheat or a way to move around thanks to the sauv editor

I have this for the 010010400D46A000 title Id/d3fa3aa21a0eb48c build ID (NA version?) of Snackworld. It will overwrite the first item in your consumables slot (since inserting a new item at the end is a pain) - but note that this isn't necessarily the first item that displays in-game (typically its the first consumable you ever got or the item that replaced it after you used all of said first item, then picked up a consumable item you had 0 of). If that item is irreplaceable (or the code replaces an empty slot, thus the handbook doesn't appear), quit without saving and increase the offset by 0x18 to replace the item in the next slot (repeat process as needed).

04100000 C06563BC A8766A15You should be able to convert it to your region by comparing consumable quantity cheats for your version to the ones for this version and adjusting the addresses the same amount. Be grateful though. That item ID hash was a pain in the rear to find.
Edit: mild side-effect of the code: if you haven't gotten a handbook legit, it will "disappear" from your inventory if you save an reload. The ID is still in RAM, though, so use this to set the ID to a super common item, then save and relaod before using the above cheat again to make it reappear.

it works like a charm! so basically, it replaces all power ups. press x to activate it and if the hyper strike mode had been used (or launched, or duration's up, or interfered) we need to press x again to re-activate it.
and I can use it with all characters. (I'd tried it in quick mode with every character)

In this Case i will add them to the Cheat File, together with the Equipment Cheats...
found a better workaround. This method can spawn in ANY item/jara through the Pick-A-Prize lottery (provided you know the item ID hash for it). This way it bypasses the side effects of inventory replacement since the game is giving you the item 'legit'.
First code replaces Karma Balm in the lottery lists with the item of choice (in this case, the Overlord Handbook), and the second code guarantees you always get 3rd prize (the spot Karma Balm is in for most lottery types) and the third works for second prize (iirc one lottery rotation has Karma Balm 2nd instead of 3rd).
