Misc Changing e-store location and adding funds

Hi everyone, I was wondering if this is possible: I can't add funds to buy things in the US store because I don't live in the US, can I change the store location to my actual location, add funds, and then switch back to the US store to purchase things? I really want Pushmo but Nintendo won't take my money

Well, I just tried to add funds to my foreign account and it says I can't add funds because it hasn't been implemented. *sigh*

Any way I can add funds to the US account? It says my card info is incorrect (it won't take cards from outside US).
