Emulation Cemu lag lag lag and more lag! (Please help)

Can my laptop really run breath of the wild.
I just followed a youtube video of BSoD gaming. Got the right files the cemu hook plugin set everything up. At first the game worked fine with no slowdown.
Now after completing two shrines at the great plateau the game lags every 3 seconds i walk or do something.
It drops down to like 7 fps.
And why when cemu hook is activated i am not getting 60fpa in the pause/weapon/item menus.

The laptop has a gtx 1060 3gb i7 6700 16 gb ram ddr4 a 1 tb hgst hdd
And is not on power saver.

Is it powerful enough to run BOTW or am i doing something wrong.

I already finished it on wii u but i wanna play on pc because of save editing

I heard the shader caching from Nvidia is to blame.
Maybe try clearing the cache at times, also shader collections you can get online may contain unused shaders that still fill up RAM.
On my FX 8350 with 1060 6gb it runs bad because of the CPU, but for you it should run fine, I am also going to get an 7700k soon

Update your graphic card driver, including chipsets in case of.
Then, clear the caches as @Wuigi said.
