Hacking Can't play online ( can't activate my account )

I can not access the Wipeout 2048 multiplayer because I did not activate my account. After trying I receive a code error code (I own Henkaku - Enso 3.60)
I could play online on other video games?
How do I activate my account?

Sony have blocked users from activating their Vitas by legitimate means on 3.60, and if you use an unofficial activation method such as MLTActivator you pretty much run a guaranteed risk of a ban.
Therefore you are unfortunately out of luck.
