Gaming Cant install .cia games :(

Well Its my mfirst post here and my first time installing .cia well i tried installing Pokemon x and y download 2 different ones but when i try to install it gives me this error

Please help me

I can't see the image. What's the error? What firmware version? Which CFW? Which cia installer?

Looks like SIG checks aren't patched or the CIA is corrupt or out of region. Can you provide the information asked for above?

Oh I had the exact same error for quite some time but I am still not sure how I solved it.
I had it with Monster Hunter X (+ ENG patch) and Xenoblade Chronicles, while Yokai Watch worked on first try.
What I did to fix it was to

1. try out a different mirror (if you're downloading them)
   and do hash checks (So that you know if the (downloaded) file is fine).
   
   
2. copy it to your sd card and also do hash checks after that (with TeraCopy for example).
   If that fails (which I think it did for me), try another SD card reader or copying with linux.
   
   
3. If the first two are successful, you might wanna try out different CIA installers.
   I'd recommend BigBlueBox or DevMenu over FBI, as it is said to be the source of errors sometimes.
   
   
4. Well if that doesn't work either, it can pretty much only be your system that causes this imo.
   I got ReiNand 10.5 where those work but in theory it should work as well with Cakes and RxTools.

Yeah something like that saying argument 7 and other things well i tried 2 different pokemon y and a pokemon x too if someone can pm me a working .cia I'll try that if error still persists then it would be a cia installer problem if not then that .cia would be corrupted

Out of interest, what region is your 3DS and what region is the CIA?

I've managed to get Pokémon X installed onto my 3DS before, but I don't think I used the region-free/legit CIA. I used the proper European CIA.
