Emulation Cant get NeoCD to work in vwii mode. help plz ( ._.)

It works fine on my wii, then i plug in the SAME sd and usb drive to my wiiu using vwii mode, and it just keeps saying "no ipl!" .. its the SAME EXACT setup.. i have the bios folder on both the usb and sd, and the neocd folder on both the sd and usb with games in it and they all have the ipl file... any ideas?? :(

For anyone who cares, it turns out that neocd just doesnt support USB in vwii mode. no idea why, but it can load games from sd just fine.
