Title, i would like to change the port of them, how should i go for that? i have devkitpro installed. the things that matters to me the most are: ddd, saviine, and the pygecko integrated in loadiine gx2

Are you using Apache (with XAMPP or WAMP)?

If so, look for the Apache config file (httpd.conf) and look for the line:

Listen 80

Change the number to any port you want to use. Restart the server.

Edit: didn't read your last post. Well, I don't think homebrews use an specific port server side. They decide port usage for the client, the Wii U in this case, but not for the server files (the html and bin files).

i am NOT selfhosting i just said.

You will need gcc for your host to compile the title dumper PC application

For the WiiU you need libogc and portlibs from last loadiine gx or hbl release. Put them in your devkitPro folder.

already added titledownloader.exe to the exception prt. it may also be worth mentioning that i can't selfhost. i can host a minecraft server though, and THAT is the strange part. (No minecraft server running when i try it)

Hey,

here is a package for you. If this fails to connect than I can't really do much more because the issue is then on your side. Either the port or generell connection to your IP is being blocked. Try another PC.

Btw what IP did you enter into ddd menu? Did you use your LAN IP of your PC? (Sorry have to ask, just in case)
