Sky3ds can get blocked and probably will get blocked. Unless Sky3ds is bribing Nintendo.

Well, if Nintendo blocks Sky3DS their users should stay on 9.4, and if a game asks for FW update RegionThree may do the job. So the only thing Sky3DS users lose is game updates (There aren't many right now, Pokémon, Tomodachi, Smash, MK7)/eshop.

Yeah that's great unless you use a N3DS. RegionThree doesn't work on those. So if it gets blocked, your pretty much f**ked.
