the drive still work on your computer?
blinking is either not enough power, or not working anymore.

it's an USB powered drive, or it has an external power source?
try using Y-cable if it's USB powered.

I hope it's still detected on your computer, else it would mean it's dead.

Yes, the HDD still works on PC & it was working great on the Wii but suddenly didnot work on the wii again ?!

U were right, the USB cable was the problem.

the HDD now is 2 partitions, one for the Wii & the other for GC.

they both show in wiiflow, & Wii games works prefectly, but when I enter GC games, in wiiflow with Nintendont plugin

the screen shows like this :

G5NbLMN.jpg

& then the wii turns off it self ?!

Nintendont does not like having multiple partitions.

Why dont you just put the Wii and GameCube games on one partition?

yes, the game works on FAT32 too.
wii games are in /wbfs/
gc games are in /games/
and everything works.

Nintendont support multiple partition, but it depends how they are created and their format.
if you have : WBFS + FAT32 it works
if you have NTFS + FAT32 it works
if you have FAT32 + FAT32, then gamecube games MUST be on the first FAT32 partition

Maybe wiiflow doesn't detect if the partition is the good or wrong one.
USBLoaderGX support multiple partition and will warn the user is the format is wrong.

To be safe, make all your drive FAT32, place Wii and gamecube games on the first (unique?) partition.

when i get home i'll make the HDD one partition fat32 32k clusters, & put wii games in:
usb:/wbfs/game[1234]/1234.wbfs
gc games in:
usb:/games/gamename/game.iso

& i'll tell u guys whats the result :)

gamecube games can also benefit from the Gamename[1234] folder name.
if USBLoaderGX detects the TitleID in the folder name, it will use it instead of opening the ISO to find the TitleID. It will load a little faster.

when dumping a disc from USBGX, it's the default folder name created by the loader
/path/Title [ID]/file.ext

yes, just copy the ipl files on your game's partition root.
usb:/iplpal.bin
usb:/iplusa.bin
usb:/ipljap.bin
usb:/segaboot.bin

nintendont will load them automatically if found.

black-wii-07-14-09.jpg

lastnight I was in my friend's house, & I tried to install everything I installed in my Wii into my friend's black Wii version 4.3U.
and everything worked great (NGC & all the emulators) only Wii games didn't work ?!

when I enter wii games from wiiflow, the Wii makes noises from the DVD drive like if it's loading a disc & the screen stays black forever.

what do U think is wrong ?

Post a syscheck, then. Usually if a Wii USB loader won't load games it's because it can't find a cIOS to boot them with.

you connected the drive to the correct usb port? (just checking ;) )
based on the current IOS version you installed, only port0 is working for Wii games, while other homebrew are using IOS58 and can use both ports.

the important parts to read from a syscheck are :

Official IOS
IOS58 (you have it, so it's good for most if not all homebrew)

cIOS Hermes type: (old, not used a lot anymore, unless you need one for musical games)
IOS202[57] (rev 65535, Info: hermes-v5.0): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS222[38] (rev 4, Info: hermes-v4.0): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS223[38] (rev 4, Info: hermes-v4.0): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0

Copy of IOS36 patched with trucha bug restored
IOS236 (rev 54321): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access

cIOS d2x type : Actual important cIOS to use with USBLoaders
IOS249[56] (rev 21005, Info: d2x-v5): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250[57] (rev 21005, Info: d2x-v5): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0

Bootmii and Gamecube IOS.
IOS254 (rev 65281): BootMii
BC v6
MIOS v10 (DIOS MIOS 2.6.1+)

I doubt you really followed the guide you linked, because you don't have the expected files and versions.
Look at the d2x cIOS, you currently have "version 5" installed, while the guide tells you to choose between v10 (beta52) and v10-alt (beta53)

You need to update to at least v8 (or v10 if v8 is not working).
v8 = latest official release
v10 = beta, but stable. adds more HDD compatibility
V10-alt = beta, stable but less compatible. Allows USBPort0 and USBPort1 to be used by USBLoaders. All other cIOS version need to connect the drive to USB Port 0.

use this installer to get ALL the versions:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/5ggh53tj9hhp1tr/d2x-cios-installer-3.1-v6-v7-v8-v10-wii.7z
install v8. (don't bother with v10 if v8 works)

Something is wrong with your files.
they are both the same.

And they are both showing "v6", not v8 nor v5.
so you installed something and replaced your old v5, but it's still not v8.

Use D-Pad left or right to change the version of d2x to install:

What : D2x v8
Where : slot249
Base : IOS 56
Version : 10008

and

What : D2x v8
Where : slot250
Base : IOS 57
Version : 10008

You don't need to upload your syscheck for me to read and confirm.
You can open the .csv file yourself in notepad and look at the lines "249" and "250"
I explained above how to read that infirmation.

just look at it, if it's "v6" ... is bad
if you see "v8" good !
