Can i transfer my acnl us save to an eu copy of the game?

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

I have an EU 3ds, so i can't go online with my us copy of the game, and i really want to visit other towns. So, can i transfer the save file?
