the sx os allows you to run backups but it won't magically give you free games ...

you could illegally download backups from games that other people uploaded (not here though) and use the sx os to run them, then you have "free" games

If you have a backup of one of the games you bought or a backup illegally downloaded from the web you can run the backup as said before.

yes you can but you have to BUY the SX OS ...

or use the other method they are discussing here a lot (layeredfs or something like that) which would be completely free
