Hey guys, I got ghosts on my ps3 but wanted to know something about upgrading:

Should I upgrade digitally or by disc, here my main questions about this:

- Does the disc install 49gb as well?
- If I do it digitally will it take more space than the disk?
- If I upgrade digitally, will the download size also take up space with the install size?

1. Yes. most likely, the same package that is contained on the disc is the one downloaded when you buy it digitally.
2. No
3. it *should* but only during the download stage and install stage. that is how the Vita and PS3 work at least. with those, you needed enough space to download and install the game as it downloads the game package-> Installs it-> then deletes the downloaded package.

still, I would buy physical discs (retail) so you are not stuck re-downloading all your games later on and possibly hitting a data cap doing so when you eventually upgrade the HDD.

by having the disc, you can install them one after another from the disc to a new HDD without downloading potentially hundreds of gigs worth of data.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
