I've never heard of a store that has a payment plan but I usually order computer parts from NCIX or New egg. I also ordered an ibuypowerpc and it was so crappy I ended up building my own. The power supply they give you is a no name brand.

Well there's branded power supplies but they're expensive >_>;;
Also it has a "Pay before 6 months with no interest" (butchered the wording) thing right now. Said it's only valid till August 31st so it may be a promotion.

That's pretty bad price for the parts you get. Much cheaper to build your own (this should be 700 max if you do it yourself) but if you have to have pre-built, maybe check out some boutique manufactures.
