Any chance we will ever see this on the Vita? because that would be amazing.

Well, that would require GZDoom being ported to the Vita first and foremost, which I've heard is not-so-friendly to lower specification devices like the Vita's SoC. And that's with Vanilla DOOM.
Put Brutal's higher-quality models, add-on light sources/fake flares, gibs flying around and the dense amounts of blood into context, and it starts to become far less likely.
A 1.9GHz Tegra 4 has trouble with GZD + Brutal already, so I don't know how a 444MHz quad-core from 2011/12 can handle it.

ZDoom, sure. Brutal, not so much (unless you play exclusively without gibs, light sources, fake flares... you get the idea).
