Hacking Brawl .rel files not working

I have a few brawl .rel codes. They used to work then I had to re download the RSBE01.gct in codemanager to stop the buzzing at stage select. All of my custom stages are gone, and my one mushroomy kingdom stage is just all black.

PLEASE HELP!
