Hacking Bootloader r4

Hi.
I am suspecting about my corrupt bootloader on my r4.
I had two r4i-sdhc, one of this unfortunately my console damaged it because the console shutted off while upgrading...(don't ask me further information xD)
The other one well, it worked on my Dsi and a Ds lite but on the 3ds can't dump and/or run...
So I am suspecting about my bootloader.
Can I rewrite it?
If yes, how?
