Hardware BLOD , HDMI cable

Hi , i imported PS4 from US , it DOA , tried all possible solutions ,nothing work , it's very costing for me to ship it back to US for replacement .
I saw some people talking about the semi-circle metal part at the end of the HDMI cable , and that it could be a problem and other people denying that .
So i'm posting my PS4 HDMI image , i need to make sure before messing around with my PS4

The cable plugs in perfectly , i don't sense a problem with that , the gold connectors on the middle part of the HDMI port looks perfect , ..

If it's DOA and doesn't turn on at all. You have bigger problems than a faulty HDMI port.
