I just uninstalled CFW. Now when I turn on my 3ds, I just get a black screen. Is this a Brick or is my 3ds recoverable? (using Old 3ds and I formatted my system memory before uninstalling CFW)

Unless it is hardware issue, it is mostly recoverable. Only thing I can think of right now is to use Ntrboot and CTRTransfer.
May I ask, why did you uninstalled it?

Wasn't using CFW much and thought that formatting my system and uninstalling CFW would get me unbanned, plus I wanted to relive what the 3ds was like before I hacked it and all that, so I formatted my system and uninstalled

If you have installed any unsigned system titles your console will be bricked or not work properly when it no longer has CFW. You need to install it again. It will probably work fine after that.
Wish I could, but me being the idiot I am, deleted every file on my 3ds that wasnt Nintendo 3ds and DCIM, not realizing they would be permanently deleted. Now I have no way to recover my Bricked 3ds! Great job Me! :D

Just install CFW again, using ntrboot. You've lost your games, but you can still have a working console.

how he is suppose to cfw if its 3ds is not booting up
Because ntrboot will boot if done correctly. This is completely independent from the operating system on the NAND [3dbrew] Non-NAND FIRM boot.

Also: what's the point of reviving this topic? Do you have a similar problem?

First thing is installing B9S with ntrboot. As soon as you have easy access to GodMode9 troubleshooting becomes possible.

as long as you can still get to gm9 there's always hope so let's see if we could take a step backwards and get back to where we last were when you went to use D9 it had you create an nandmin.bin this is a backup of your system as it was before you made that change to it

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

So if you restore that to your system using d9 you should go back to where you were the other day

The operating system does not fully start → No standby mode (blinking blue LED). Like expected and completely normal. Ntrboot is still possible. Try positioning the magnet on different spots or use a slightly stronger magnet to increase the chance to trigger the magnetic switch.

Your flashcart has to be ready for ntrboot. If it's not, get the R4i Gold 3DS Plus, or flash your existing cart with any other DS system into ntrboot mode.

Do you have an ntrboot flashcart? If not you'll need to buy one to have any hope of recovering your system.

Yes I have one its r4SDHC dual core
Through which I install my ntrboot9 but after installing it I recover it to normal so I can play ds game
Buy or borrow any other DS system for flashing your R4 clone into ntrboot mode again – or buy the R4i Gold 3DS Plus with internal switch for ntrboot.

You can't do anything before you have an ntrboot cart.
