You can't install DS games through CIA, don't ask how because you can't.
You can install DSi games through eShop, which is also the best way to do it next to pirating them.
And it can be done through the methods the I just suggested.

Ok yes they were both made by Rare, but DK was from Rare back then, Rare now is owned by MS. So makes since.+1
