Gaming Best tool to organize Scene Releases (ROMs) from 3ds.essh?

So I have a folder full of American ROMs, they are all Scene Releases on theyr original Folders and RARs.
The 3ds.essh site lets you download a XML file.
I searched for a program to use to manage my collection, preserving the name and folders like they are now, I just want to check if no release is missing, and I'm just collecting USA releases.

Can someone give me a tip?

really nice software, but do a bit strange user interface for importing, not really that simple, don't test with your live data ...and it does not use de data from 3ds.essh, it uses http://www.advanscene.com/ instead
