Apple Best 3GS emulators

My old phone had 600Mhz of CPU (OC'd to 787) and I could play PS1 games just fine. Even full speed with no OC, once removing the audio. So my guess is that you should give it a shot anyway?

I don't have a 3GS, but I do have a 2nd gen iPod Touch, and it does GBA emulation just fine. I'm assuming that is the case for GB, NES, and SNES as well, though I don't think you can expect much for DS , PSP, and N64. Maybe once your budget is a little bit higher and you feel you need to upgrade, the Moto E is a good budget phone with decent specs for the price.

I support the decision to go with the 3GS... look on ebay and there's about an 100$ price gap between the 3gs and 4. Plus the 3gs really isn't a bad phone at all. I had one for 3 years.

Forgot to ask, is there an app for iOS that can run visual novels? I'm using VNDS Interpreter on my current phone, and I tried googling it, but I can't seem to find any alive projects. So, does such an app exist?

There is the xclannad app on Cydia, but it is dead and I have never actually got it to work. I never found any other VN apps aside from standalone games (e.g. Steins Gate).
