Hacking Backing up save data before downgrading

Hey all, I would like to back up my save data before I begin downgrading and installing cfw. I want to back up my Omega Ruby, SMT IV saves ( eShop installed) and Bravely Default save ( Cart) ( Not sure if that is saved to the 3ds or not). Anyway I would like to know if I can back up my saves, and recover them after the whole process.

PS: I want to try cfw on my other 3ds for GBA games. My gateway one is off limits
