Gaming Are there any Wii Xmas eastereggs???

You know the kind of thing - perhaps Link dressed as Santa. Rayman wearing tinsel....

Has anyone noticed any Christmas day unlocked features on any games yet?

Also - I was expecting Nintendo to send everyone a Christmas present (like a free Xmas Mario kart or something) ... First thing I did this morning was check if the Wii was flashing its blue light - no luck ...maybe later?

Nope they haven't given us anything for Christmas. Well perhaps the Opera beta, but that was a couple of days beforehand.

I agree with both of you! You guys are so smart! Why would Nintendo, or any other company, do anything special for Christmas when not everyone in the world celebrates it? In fact, I'm a little upset they released the Opera browser when not everyone in the world has the Internet. Of course, they also shouldn't have released the Wii since not everyone in the world has electricity.

Pure genius! Both of you. Bravo. Give yourselves a good pat on the back. Oh wait. You'd better not. There are some people in the world who don't have hands.

They should have given us a gift. I was hoping there would be one, but alas...

They at least could have had some sort of option to choose your belief system, but make it purely optional, so that they would know if someone celebrated Christmas.

But the way I see it is this. Christmas is on the calendar, so it should be recognized as a holiday. You don't have to correlate it to the Christain belief system...

yea, we should get something for xmas. and 7 smaller things for hanukkah and a thing for kwanza, and a thing for ramahdon (sp?)... do you wanna know what you get for ramahdon? i think not....
but what about region specific holidays, since it's region locked...like 4th of july, presidents day, ect. ect.
